Spotless units with comfy beds and very welcoming staff. Marvellous very central location, close to Metro, and Spain for a 3 weeks vacation. Besides, very convenient to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

I really enjoyed 2 nights there. It was tastefully decorated and modern looking with comfy bed, good enough for early morning flight. Extremely friendly and amicable staff and everything was amazing.

We had a great stay in Madrid. The staff was polite and welcoming, everything was great! Stayed here for 5 nights and didn't want to say goodbye.

The location was magnificent as for me, just off Madrid before check-in time, the Plaza Mayor, and all major metro lines. The bedroom was airy and modern looking. Staff was super knowledgeable and excellent.

I booked superior queen room, it was airy and complete with comfy bed, the balcony, for example. My room included coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. The hotel was in a very central location to all the major sights. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Streetxo that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Everything was good, though a few employees were not welcoming at all. The location of the hotel was amazing, to all the major sights.

The rooms are airy and modern here with all the amenities, the window shut, for instance.

The room was spacious and huge with toiletries, balconies, for example, at least for me. Coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were available too. Nothing too much trouble, I had a really comfortable experience, really enjoyed it.

It was in a fantastic and wonderful location with an official residence nearby. The staff was perfectly nice and consistently courteous, the room was airy.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable, near Opera Metro station, and tourist attractions and near a huge plaza we wanted to see. We didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely come back.

Thanks for the great stay during my long weekend in Madrid. The rooms are reasonably spacious and huge with balcony, strong WiFi and comfy beds and the staff are really kind. It boasts a great and incredible location; close to the sol station and opera station, two metro stations and Plaza Mayor. Centro district won't disappoint you.

Absolutely perfect location, a 4-6 minute walk from Plaza de Callao. A good choice of good options for meal.

We got a room with a bath. Coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were available. The hotel had an absolutely perfect location very close to Main Square.

The location of the hotel was very central, close enough to Puerta del Sol, the royal palace, and nice restaurants and bars. Found Luna Canalla Vinos with perfect drinks 100 metres away.

The hotel is in an amazing location near an underground station. The building is very good and the rooms are neat. It has both pleasant and accommodating staff. No complaint and would come here again.

We got a bath too.

The location was MAGNIFICENT, within a close distance from a huge plaza. The room was not only updated, but neat too, and had an individual safe, climate control, tea and coffee making facilities.

It was elegant, spotless and with balconies. Coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were a big plus.

The staff were excellent and accommodating and provided help. Guest room I stayed at was elegant with comfy bed. Had such facilities, like a safe, central heating and coffee/tea makers;))

Comfy beds in our double room. Delightful food and welcome drinks. Spectacular location, within walking distance of Cava Baja. Found in a central area very close to the airport, and restaurants and tourist attractions...

The staff were courteous, pleasant, will be back. The venue's position was very central.
