The hotel staff was really kind and kind, they all greeted us. We had the guest room which was bright and fantastic with surprisingly comfortable beds.

Great and unbeatable location, easy walk to everywhere. Again, walking distance to Sainsbury's.

It was budget, new-fashioned and with balcony.

The location was absolutely perfect and comfortable: a market and gift shops were within walking distance.

Spotless, excellent value hotel, the location was best possible not far from Metro and galleries & museums as well as the city center. The property was in the heart of the city. Plus, a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace was at a short distance from the property.

We stayed in a queen room complete with AC, bathroom and walls outside. Location: the hotel was so close to bars, The Museo del Jamon cafe & many other options within easy strolling distance and downtown Madrid.

It's bright place to stay 2 km away from Prado National Museum. Accommodating and welcoming staff as one would expect. The location is marvellous, not far from Plaza Mayor. They serve tasty food, have plenty of options to choose from.

i found the hotel's location unbeatable, adjacent to the taxi stand, newsstand, bank are right outside the front door of the hostal and a downtown area with a big road. very kind and kind team, they made me feel welcome.

Everyone who worked there was kind. The king room had a personal safe, an air conditioning and a work desk, facilities worked for us. A bathtub was stylish and everything was very good. Brilliant location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed...

It included a good bed and a private bathroom. Very central location was a plus. Lots of options nearby, I visited restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Loved my time here and recommend this place.

The guest room was spotless and warm with balcony. The location was stunning, within easy walking distance of a vast pedestrianized public square.

The whole hostel was spotless. Room had lots of facilities, including heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV. Rosi la loca taberna, where you can eat, is walking distance to the property: )
