Brilliant, good location in the centre of the city. And adjacent to the station "Gran Via " metro, many sights and the retiro park.

The rooms were all spacious and neat with newly renovated bathroom and shower plus new furniture. The location was good and magnificent, a 4-6 minute walk from old town. Gran Via tube station was 5 min away.

All good - we enjoyed this low cost hotel - the food was good and the staff were very amiable. The venue was in a central location just next door to the subway and Gran Via. Centro district was definitely worth visiting.

Deluxe queen room with the showers and new furniture plus newly renovated bathroom accommodated us perfectly. The location of the hotel was particularly good and excellent - at a medium distance from a famed street.

Its location is magnificent & convenient, adjacent to the main areas, the Spanish capital and Museums, the Park, shopping, restaurants, el Rastro on Sunday. You can relax at El Tigre, located nearby.

It is a great and lovely property located in Centro district right by Museums, the main tourist attractions of the Spanish capital and public transport. No complaints whatsoever, would recommend this hotel.

Got triple room with shower as expected, greatly enjoyed it. The hotel was in a perfect location, two to three minutes from metro which is very convenient.

The location was marvellous, you can visit a grand boulevard by walking. The beds were big, I slept well.

Had a really nice stay for a brief vacation, everything was good. The location was central, magnificent within walking distance of many sights. And it was also close to the center of Madrid. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.

The staff were nice, you should know it. My standard double room was bright, had a soft bed. The bathroom was remodeled and clean.

The staff is really kind and accommodates all of guests' needs. Brilliant location just off the Gran Via and city center, its very central.

Magnificent location in the heart of Madrid, and 5 minute walk from a huge plaza. Based close enough to the metro, casino shops and aerobus pickup point literally 10 minutes away as well as the centre of the city: D

The food was good - a great selection of options. I enjoyed the brand-new room and the staff were competent. The location was amazing for walking around a grand boulevard. Restaurants and a casino were walking distance to the place.
