Really great stay especially at night when ambulance and police sirens kept us awake. Airy unit with a balcony. A lot of supplies in the room: tea/coffee and a kettle. All in all great setting very close to the main attractions of Madrid, and Starbucks and shops. Again, not far from Saint Saviour Pimlico.

The location was marvellous and stunning and we were walking distance to taverns and pubs.

The rooms where spotless and airy as for me, with very comfortable bed. A small balcony, tea and coffee, and a kettle were much appreciated. The location was very central, stunning so close to everything. Besides, the hotel was just a short stroll away from a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace.

The bed was pretty small, that's sad thing.

My room was good sized and airy with an electric kettle and fridges. Its location in Madrid was particularly good, adjacent to 4 metro stations, the attractions nearby and nearby pub.

Fairly clean hotel in a pretty building very close to Madrid's main streets, many tourist attractions and theaters and a nearby tavern. Very central location close to everything. Again, walking distance to a large urban plaza. Modern and spotless units available with bacony, balcony overlooking the Gran Via, as example. Early check-in, pleasant employees. A great selection of delightful food for meals.

Brilliant and super location, only a short distance to everywhere. Booked a cosy room with several different windows and 2 large bags.

Compact double room, very big beds. Clean bathrooms. Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location for our visit to a ridge-top palace within walking distance of the hotel. Also - so close to the main shopping street as well as Gran Via where all the shops are and the restaurants.

The hotel's location was marvellous and stunning, right by all major attractions, Callao, and a nearby tavern. The queen room room was included with chocolates, a balcony, for instance.

Super location close to EVERTHING and easy access to a main shopping street and shops. Plus, walking distance to Fnac. The incredible and quite room with a balcony.

Beds were quite hard.

Had an excellent stay especially at night when ambulance and police sirens kept us awake, glad I've chosen it. The staff was very welcoming, amazingly nice, and responded promptly to requests. The rooms were new-fashioned and beautifully maintained with own bathroom. The hotel's location was good and perfect, near to the busiest, Starbucks and shops, and a metro stop across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed to be in this place.

The location of the hotel was stunning - not too far from Do Design. The rooms were compact with balcony overlooking the gran via. Polite team, they made me feel welcome.

The stay was quite comfortable. Everything was excellent and the rooms were airy. The location was stunning and brilliant, at a walking distance from a State - owned museum. Tourist attractions like a palace and a theatre were walking distance to the hotel. The service was terrific in my opinion. Plus their wifi was good...

we liked it so we would stay here again without hesitation. plus, free wi fi worked well. just a 5-minute stroll to the center.

The beds here were comfortable. We had GREAT time at the hotel and would have stayed for longer.

Set so close to many local attractions and also within 5 minutes on foot from plaza mayor. If you walk 5 minutes, you'll find Callao subway station. Would be happy to recommend for everyone. They actually had free Wi-Fi.
