Quiet and absolutely great property with amicable employees at reception desk. Location - perfect just next door to major attractions, such as Plaza Mayor, Castle, Shopping Streets, and great shopping places and eateries. Also, in the centre of city.
Very small bathroom.

The location in a very very nice area was magnificent and amazing and there were shopping centres and a main shopping street nearby. Gran Via tube station can be reached within 10 minutes walk.

Clean hotel, incredibly kind staff at reception desk. Compact, silent room with a refrigerator. Marvellous and awesome location for our visit to Prado National Museum at a short distance from the venue.

The room was exceptionally clean and airy in general, with private bathroom. The location was marvellous and awesome in a shopping area, near to major attractions, such as Plaza Mayor, Castle, Shopping Streets, and helpful and friedly stuff, the centre, and a pedestrian shopping street. Moreover, there was Gran Via Street, located a super close walk to the hotel

Greatly enjoyed my such great stay during the first 4 nights of our stay. Got cheap, airy room with a fridge and microwave, comfortable bathroom plus the electrical kettle. A microwave oven and an electric kettle were nice. The location was unbeatable - ease of access to a grand boulevard. It was also really close to Gran Via and the main shopping streets off the Grand Via.

Straightforward fairly clean hotel and staff was very polite. Very central location not far from major attractions, such as Plaza Mayor, Castle, Shopping Streets and great shopping places, it was in a safe area.
Wi-Fi was quite slow, made me a little nervous.

All the employees were fab! We found a private safe, an iron and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the single room. The restaurant was located within 400 metres.

being adjacent to a train station was a bonus. an easy walk to mercado de san miguel, where you can have lunch. the hotel had a central setting. the location of the property was good.
