Compact, modern units provided with 1 big bed, a shower, as for instance.

The location was wonderful, not far from tourist attraction, major attractions and public transport, and numerous shops and restaurants/cafes within minutes. Centro district was worth exploring. I had impressive family room with 1 big bed, a shower, for instance.

Tbh Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and the bed was quite hard.

Our stay was great value. The stay here was comfortable on a business trip. The most important was the staff - outstandingly accommodating and pretty friendly people. Truly enjoyed the restaurant with breakfast.

The staff were extremely helpful and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

I would say it's nice base for staying and exploring Madrid. The hotel's location is great and amazing, really close to the Opera House, and Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Opera.

This was a real good stay on a business trip. The hotel's location was unbeatable, not far from the metro lines. It also was very close to all the attractions.

Perfect and ideal location, right at Plaza de San Martin. Only 15 minutes walking to downtown.

All in all it was great value, considering prices in Madrid. Stayed here for 7 nights and appreciated my choice. The location was best possible, a super close walk to a Roman Catholic cathedral.

The staff is pleasant. The location marvellous and excellent for Centro district, it is near to a bakery around the corner, and Fresco's Buffet lunch at 10,50 euros two doors down.

We ate at a pleasant restaurant with breakfast. Beds were very clean. The location was perfect - ease of access to Plaza de San Martin. Liked the pedestrian area.

The room itself was new-fashioned, recently refurbished with an extra bed and had essentials I needed.

The personnel was efficient and the rooms were newly decorated and perfect little.

The property was fairly clean with kind and really kind staff. Booked family room, that was provided with bathroom, shower, an extra bed. The hotel was in a great and amazing location just next door to Opera Metro station as well as metro and Mercado San Miguel.

I greatly enjoyed the time in this property. It was a really great stay on a business trip. My family room was available with a mini-bar, central heating, and an iron. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub.

Its location was exceptionally nice, just 5 minutes walk from a large urban plaza.

I loved the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were extremely helpful. I felt it was great value. The location was secure, around 10-15 minutes walk from a ridge-top palace. You could walk to different shops and a bakery;)))

The location just a walking distance from city centre was marvellous and excellent.

All the stuff members are outstandingly accommodating and fairly friendly. The building is very comfortable and the rooms are spotless with shower, a decent bed plus bathroom.

Fairly clean venue with marvellous location near almost everything you want to see. Exceptionally clean rooms with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Nice bed.

The room was impressive, it had shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Everywhere there was fairly clean. Very central location was a plus.

My tidy and impressive room came with a decent bed as well as bathroom. The hotel had a marvellous and stunning location not too far from a huge plaza.

The restaurant was nice with breakfast, I tried savoury dishes. The bed seemed comfortable and it was fairly clean all around. The staff, everyone, was efficient and caring.

Brilliant and awesome location, 10 minutes' walk to an iconic street. Nice area. New-fashioned and impressive rooms with an extra bed, and PLEASANT restaurant. Plenty of facilities like: a mini-bar, central heating and an iron.

Everything was perfect, yet we stayed for 2 nights only. We loved having a bath. Had a very very good time.
