This hotel was straightforward, with good service and best possible location in the centre of everywhere. The food was fabulous with a lot of alternatives.

Stayed in a modern room that was kept very clean. Could use central heating, a work desk, and a TV. Prime location, it was near opera metro stations and the most important square.

The rooms are perfectly clean and cosy with a balcony, and the location is stunning in the heart of the city center. The price is just right - £ 31.

Incredibly beautiful place overall, it is perfectly clean, location is best possible right near the Sol stop on the metro. The staff are very amiable people. Neat rooms complete with balcony, good WiFi, for example.

It was amazing base for travelling to Madrid, I was glad to stay there. The location was particularly good, at a walking distance from an iconic street. The area was central next to the most important square, all tourist attractions, and a pedestrian street with plenty of people. The room was new-fashioned: good bed, clean bathroom:)))

Overall it was neat and cosy with a balcony. The location was surprisingly quiet and prime, in the heart of the old town!

booked queen room, that was provided with tv, a twin bed plus private bathroom. best possible central location just off palacio real and the metro stops sol & opera, a 2 minute walk to the best mercado for tapas and drinks, san miguel a must visit and also the hot chocolate and churros bar/cafe.

It had central location close to Main Square. A shopping centre and a market were right next door. Had good sleep at the king room with balconies.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Location: the hotel was just off main sights, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, king's palace and many important places and the center of Madrid. It also was right in the centre of Madrid. The rooms were modern and the service was good, just what we needed.

Everything was perfect, helpful staff made our stay very very good. We found out decent prices in the hotel. Stayed in spotless guest room with balconies. Central heating, a work desk and a TV were great. The service was nice with parking nearby.

We had 3 nights in Madrid, spent our time here fantastically. We appreciated breakfast that was included. It deserves its 2 stars...
