The hotel was placed in the very central location in the center of Madrid.

It was clean and the staff were super friendly and attentive, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Had very central location in the heart of the city.

Fine unit with a balcony. Gorgeous design.

Beds were not comfy.

Overall it was clean with high ceiling. The location was marvellous and incredible in front of a church and a gallery.

The stuff was exceptionally kind on arrival and throughout the stay.

It was in an amazing and incredible location near a huge plaza. It was located in a vibrant area close to Plaza Mayor and Puerto del Sol, public transport from airport and a lovely plaza for tapas;))

The hotel staff was very rude.

Central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table available in the guest room. Good and excellant location to a large urban plaza. Walking distance to the main shopping centre and a market across the street.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Units with a bath. Very central location, at a medium distance from a huge plaza.

The staff were helpful and location was particularly good and magnificent. Just 10 minutes on foot to Anton Martin underground, was a big plus.

Rather spacious units with a 'private bathroom as well as a balcony, and INCREDIBLY NICE staff. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location to an underground station close to the hotel.
