The place was fairly clean with an amicable and exceptionally kind staff. We only slept at the king room, but liked it. The location was unbeatable for walking around a large urban plaza.

Clean, reasonable value hotel, its location was brilliant and next to the center of the city, all touristic attractions and the Gran Via. The staff are amicable and amazingly kind and really care about the guests. The venue provides a good service. So we also would stay here again, but we didn't have time.

The building is neat and the rooms are exceptionally clean and warm with the bathroom. Everyone is very-very nice and absolutely friendly and owner too.
