The room is spotlessly clean, and the staff is helpful. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is in the central location in the city center of Madrid. Thank you very much for the stay in this place - would have extended the stay.

Outstandingly accommodating and affable staff suggested restaurants. Location: the hotel was just off the central area at 38 euros per night, and the Gran Via.

The staff was not very helpful.
