There was variety of appetising meals. It was in an exceptional location in the center of madrid. The staff was willing to help and smiled at me.

Everything is very good, the room is good value for money with a double bed, private bathrooms plus stylish furniture. The location is central.

A good choice of food for breakfast, it was good. The very friendly staff was the best thing, was willing to help. The location was magnificent, short walk to the city centre as well as Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Puerta delSol, a 10 minutes walk from Paseo del Prado.

Its location in the heart of Madrid was marvellous and super. I got a bright and wonderful room with shared bathroom.

The location was very central, near 4 metros, Grand Via, palace, Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, and the center of Madrid. The personnel was willing to help with our requests.

The small double room is bright and lovely modern. You can see courtyard from your window. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, 1 km from a vast pedestrianized public square. Also, it is not far from both Gran Via & Puerta Del Sol, 4 metros, Grand Via, palace, Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor and a main pedestrian zone in the centre of the city.

The staff - brilliantly helpful and was willing to help with the requests. The location was excellent and ideal, very close to the airport from opera station which was near the hostal too, restaurants, plazas, great shops and the centre of Madrid with Gran Via.

The staff was willing to help at any hour and was wonderful from morning till night. I stayed in new-fashioned, tastefully decorated room with a double bed and air conditioning plus shared bathroom. Everywhere there was clean.

The food is delicious! The units are stylish, great value with nice touches.

Its location was marvellous, right across the plaza, and in a central area. Also, the distance to a huge plaza was just 1 km.

Nice location close to everything, good for visiting Madrid. A huge variety of food options just a short stroll away from the venue.

The location was perfect, close to Plaza de Santo Domingo. A market and a shopping mall were right next door.

We had a fine stay at this cheap hotel. Attentive and efficient staff and the place was fairly clean. The staff was willing to help above and beyond. Liked our rooms with a patio view. The location was best possible, an easy walk to Velvet. Moreover, it was so close to restaurants, the centre, and Madrid. In the restaurant they served Pakistani cuisine dishes.
