Cool room, amicable staff - everything was good. The bed was comfortable, I also had an individual safe, air conditioning, and a work desk. Just a 5-minute walk away there was Callao tube station.

Overall a lovely small hotel. Good and excellent location, within walking distance of a famed street. Opposite an underground station, easy to get around. Very pleasant and super-friendly staff in the whole property.

Liked the double room with constant hot water, a balcony, as for instance I was given. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, really close to several subway stops and 4 Starbucks, hotels, and Gran Via.

The hotel has marvellous and amazing location in the center of the city. I have stayed in the twin room with a balcony.

It was exceptionally clean, everyone was very pleasant and supper friendly. Liked a private safe, central heating, and a work desk in the room. This hotel was set in a very central area next to the nightlife and hotels, Madrid and elsewhere. In the restaurant they served Peruvian cuisine dishes.
