I loved this good quality place, stayed there for 3 nights. The staff was very helpful plus the location was excellent and unbeatable. Callao tube station can be reached within 5 minutes walk.

This hotel was nice and I definitely want to stay in that area again. The property seemed impeccably clean and the room was cheap. The location was fantastic, few metres away from a prominent opera house. I loved having a metro station within 10 minutes walk. The staff was superfriendly and amazingly nice, everything was perfectly fine.

Continental hotel with extremely friendly and excellent staff. Magnificent and amazing location steps away from Plaza de Callao. Based adjacent to Hostal Continental, and a large shopping plaza.
No bar at all.

The breakfasts at prices much more cheap. Cheap and spotless rooms with a balcony, very helpful staff. Excellent location very near a metro station, and 10 minute walk from a huge plaza.
Beds were quite uncomfortable.

perfectly clean hotel with very very helpful staff and magnificent location not far from the tourist attractions, the plaza mayor and the "madrid de los austrias " area, and the gran via at the back of the hostal.

I have stayed here before, and it is still an absolutely amazing experience. The staff are polite, they keep the place clean. The location is great, 1 km from a famed street.

Best possible and simply perfect location for our needs, close enough to the "Madrid de los Austrias " area and the tourist attractions. Also, in the center of the city.

Location: the hotel was just next door to all the attractions and shops, Gran Via and Plaza de Callao, where there was a party most of the day and night and Hostal Continental. The staff were very helpful.
