The staff are really helpful and the room is cosy with shared bathroom. Nice touch to have central heating and a writing table...

There were clean rooms with freshly made beds, wooden floors, shared bathroom. It had a microwave oven and a fridge. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an urban park.

we had the most really good few days there. this ideal hotel was run by the nice staff. location: the venue was not far from the metro station alonso martinez in chueca, and the subway. it also was in an excellent neighborhood.

The hotel's location was amazing, just off the Prado and Retiro Park, alonso Martinez station and so many bars and restaurants. The staff were affable and accommodating, had a great attitude. We loved the twin room which was spotlessly clean with shared bathroom.
