Hostal Ballesta

I enjoyed convenient placing of it's own little balcony and smart TVs in the single room. A bathtub was great-sized and everything was excellent. Had central location in Red light area.

Well heated room with vending machines with water, printer plus wi-fi, I had everything needed. The location to a main street and a gallery set walking distance to the hotel was great.

We had guest room with a private bathroom. The hotel had a marvellous location next door to Western Approaches Museum.

The extremely friendly staff and their attitude. Early check-in, parking nearby.

Overall really great stay for my December visit. Fairly clean hotel with an excellent location and very pleasant and welcoming staff. A good restaurant and an Irish bar available.

Good sized and well heated rooms with a bathroom. Excellent and fantastic location in the very lively area, near several Metro stations, all main attractions and near Gran Via behind Telefonica Building. Located in a quiet street.

Great value hotel with a WELCOMING staff and an Irish bar. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Terrific service throughout my stay. Very positive overall experience.

The location itself was incredible and amazing, near a grand boulevard. The hotel was in a very lively area, near Hostal Ballesta, Plaza del Sol and metro lines and transport.

It was fairly clean with amazing staff. The location was super and amazing, in Red light area. Had brunch in the Mercado de la Reina, located nearby. Everything was simply great.

The service was marvellous, I had 3 quiet nights here.

Greatly enjoyed Madrid, the hotel was excellent value and bright to all the tourist attractions in quick time. The location was particularly good and perfect, within walking distance of a vast pedestrianized public square. And we were not far from the large shopping area and train station, Madrid downtown, near Gran Via behind Telefonica Building and nice bars. Having different cool drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch.

Nicely appointed accommodation with incredible setting next to the citycenter, Plaza del Sol and metro lines and major places of interest. Marvellous service and good value. Everything excellent.

the location was cosy, for example, a famed street was relatively close to the hotel. plus, it was close to a tube station and the rooms were individual and tidy. i was pleased with good service. i found papers in the reception.

The area was not good.

The place was exceptionally clean, I booked the guest room with courtyard views, everything was perfect. I loved the room and its nice decor. A shower and bath sheets were a plus.

I got complimentary queen room as an upgrade, nice gesture. Polite and obliging team, they made me feel welcome.
