The rooms were air-conditioned with a balcony, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Everything seemed modern, clean.

Overall the place is fairly clean and amazing, it met expectation. The staff are amicable as well as the host. It has stunning, incredible setting, next to main tourist sights, shopping areas, and Plaza del Sol. Also, Saint Saviour Pimlico is just around the corner. Thanks you, guys!

The hotel was situated in the very central location near the main square. What's more, it was next to sightseeing as well as the main pedestrian streets.

My stay here was really good. The property was clean and fabulous. The location was convenient and top near to great transport links, near a railway station. Plus, Buckingham Palace was within a close distance from the venue. The staff were accommodating and attentive day and night.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was good. This hotel was located in a super central area near the main streets leading from Puerta del Sol. The staff was really helpful and attentive - I would return here.

Loved every detail about my good 3 nights stay here. The rooms were reasonably large with a view, the staff were incredibly nice. The bar was perfect for breakfast.

Place was clean, everything was perfect. The superior queen room was equipped with basic facilities, including a personal safe, central heating, and a work desk. Got very clean bed and decent sized bathroom.

everything was modern, accommodating staff, top location next to bars and clubs, madrid, and restaurants. we were offered a neat and warm room with standard facilities. centro district was worth staying in.
