Upgraded hotel in a good location to get there from the airport, the services were exceptional. Central heating, a work desk and a TV set with satellite channels available in the guest room. A bath in the bathroom. Location close enough to a very calm and beautiful neighbourhood fantastic restaurant, and the Madrid centre...

Our location was lovely and marvellous to the local shops, thoroughly enjoyed it. We were moved to a budget room and had central heating and multi-channel television.

Impeccably clean and cheap units with TV, shower, for example, and the staff were extremely friendly. The location was marvellous in the centre.

It made our trip to Madrid a very very good experience. Everything was fairly clean and perfect. The staff members were excellent. The service was all in all impeccable. Could use their free parking. Magnificent location, we need just 10 minutes walk to the bus station. Also, the area was very nice quiet.
