The hotel offers huge and neat rooms with private bathroom, I am very pleased about that. It boasts an unbeatable and nice location; exceptionally attentive staff at the reception desk.

The place has excellent location to the main shopping area & metro station. It's also adjacent to bus stop for the airport, airport on train and museums, shopping, cafes.

Small hotel with polite staff at the reception desk. Great setting, close to restaurants and a coffee house. A wide range of restaurants and coffee shops. Close to a tube station, easy to travel around.

Polite staff and the place was clean. The location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from a huge plaza. And it was also just next door to restaurants, shops, cafes and restaurants and lots of shops.

Public parking nearby provided. Huge, neat room with hair dryer, clean towels, for instance! A good choice of good options for meal. Unbeatable and magnificent location in Madrid, so close to the centre of the tourist belt, the shopping district, and all main attractions, shopping, restaurants.

The location is perfect and magnificent, in the heart of the city. The room is practical with a bathroom. Every time in Madrid we stay in this hotel.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Tidy and huge rooms with TV, hair dryer and a big double bed. Very central location, just a pleasant stroll away from a national museum.

The hotel is luxury with excellent co-operating employees at the reception desk. Make sure you stay in the king room with clean towels, TV plus a spanish bed. The property is in the very central location very close to center. Every time in Madrid, I choose this place.

My stay was fantastic here. The room I booked was spotlessly clean with a bathroom. The venue's position was very central. Just 5 minutes on foot to Gran Via underground, was a big plus.

A nice size and practical unit with a big double bed + 1 single bed, private bathroom, soap. Perfect and excellent location, not too far from a huge plaza.

we had queen room with an individual safe, air conditioning and a work desk. the personnel were efficient and gave us loads of advice.

Exceptionally attentive property staff at the reception desk. The rooms were practical & huge with a big double bed + 1 single bed. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, you can visit an iconic street by walking. A shopping street and many good shops were right next door...

The location was marvellous for walking around a vast pedestrianized public square. Close to restaurants and a coffee house, it was a bonus.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

Great budget hotel in a safe area of Madrid. Huge units with shampoo, TV, hair dryer. Unbeatable and best possible location, 10 minutes' walk to a huge plaza. Nice stay, and 5 minutes' stroll from the metro. Early check-in, parking nearby. Great place for exploring Madrid.

The triple room was practical with a safe, central heating and a work desk.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met standards, would definitely recommend it. Stayed here for 3 nights and liked our choice. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, at a walking distance from a national museum
