Everything was simply great. The hotel was nice with free wifi. Location: the venue was close enough to the center of Madrid where all roads lead from, all the restaurants and tavernas and Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. Lucky that it was at a walking distance from Museo del Jamon, offering food to go. The Irish bar was huge!

I was given well-maintained room with a desk for working, another Trip Advisor poster, all the hot water. Very amiable and accommodating staff was always available with special requests.

Overall it was beautifully maintained and huge on an ac unit. The location of the hotel was magnificent - just a short stroll away from a vast pedestrianized public square.

exceptionally nice staff, huge and neat room with double sound proof windows. marvellous and amazing location, not very far from a scenic plaza. set so close to the museums, the squares and the castle, the sol metro station, and plaza del sol, underground station/taxis/department stores in the busy area.
