Huge rooms complete with snacks as well as a 5 person bedroom, excellent staff.

I greatly enjoyed this great place, stayed there for 5 nights. The breakfast was wonderful and included.

The location was marvellous, not far from a tube station. Spotlessly clean and huge room which had a patio and air conditioning.

The staff are excellent and the room is good-sized and airy with tv.

Very central location of this low budget hotel was a bonus. It was located in a busy area. The room was neat, and nicely equipped, with central heating and a TV. The bed was good, best sleep ever.

The quadruple room with bathroom had all necessary amenities.

Fairly clean, famous hotel built in a historic style. Had single room with plush couches in the main hall and a 5 person bedroom plus coffee. Marvellous and incredible position, not far from a tube station.

The room was new-fashioned and airy with bathroom and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Air conditioning and television available where an advantage.

Nice and accommodating staff as one would expect. The rooms are quiet in a 5 person bedroom, and the location is incredible in center.

The location was amazing, for example, a huge plaza was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. We have booked twin room with snacks as well as a 5 person bedroom for 4 nights.

Excellent and unbeatable spot close to basically anywhere in the center part and taxi. Again, walking distance to a large urban plaza. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

that was exceptional hotel set in crowded area, adjacent to sights, public transport and restaurants, shops, sol metro station and the city center, and the city center. in general the staff were super friendly and very flexible.

Perfect and nice location as only 5 minutes to a vast pedestrianized public square.

Had great stay for 2 nights and the weather was wonderful. It was airy, spacious and with tv. The location was great and fantastic, just a short walk away from a famed street.

Famous and great hotel located not far from basically anywhere in the center part. Great location in the heart of Madrid, easy to get around. Besides, excellent for visiting a large urban plaza. Nice and kind staff, always with a smile.

Loved new-fashioned and airy quadruple room with bathroom, felt like we were home. The location was very central, close enough to the center Puerta del Sol, and Plaza del Sol.
