The staff was attentive, they were always available. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to all city attractions, and the Palacio Real.

The unit we got was pleasantly decorated and large with bath. The rate was £ 45. Spent here 4 good days and would like to come again.

Overall it was modern, with a half bathroom. And beds were very clean. The location was unbeatable, not far from bars and restaurants and shops as well as where there is a great variety of places to eat, in a very lively area. Centro district was worth staying in.

Travelled with my husband, spent 3 nights here and had a very nice stay. The staff were affable lot of the time. The hotel was in a good location near restaurants and shops with all the main attractions less that 10-15 minutes away as well as most museums, art galleries, parks.

we had the twin room and it was air-conditioned. there were a market and a mini market so close to the hotel. short distance to bar taberna kaixo. send regards to receptionist.
The hotel needs some maintenance.

It's comfortable place for sightseeing and exploring Madrid. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. What's more, they had WiFi.
The street itself was noisy.
