It was an excellent value place, had super-friendly and amiable staff at night shift. It was in an incredible location in the centre of the action.

The stuff was excellant providing assistance. It was huge, reasonably large and with 3 bathrooms.

The hotel staff was unpleasant.

Perfect and convenient location, not too far away from Plaza de Oriente.

The location was good and excellant in a great area, just off the Sol station as well as metro and a plethora of bars and shops and restaurants around. Centro district was worth staying in.

Guest room with balcony. Facilities - great WiFi and a safe. Great and fantastic location next to the marker of San Miguel as well as train station going to Sintra and 2mins walk from Rossio metro station; easy check-in. Also, in downtown.

Very central location, within a close distance from a huge plaza. Good area adjacent to the Plaza de San Miguel market, Plaza Mayor, and a good area for walking around.

Excellent friendly and excellent staff and altogether a lovely experience. Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location, 15 minutes' walk to a large urban plaza. A lot of food options at a short distance from the venue.

The room was neat and bright, included with fan, pleasant decor, balcony. A shower and a hair dryer were a plus. The location was marvellous and amazing, at a medium distance from a vast pedestrianized public square...

Our triple room was neat with shared bathroom, a single shower, balcony as advertised. Excellent and helpful enough staff at night shift and the setting was exceptionally nice! Loved our stay there and would book again.
