The staff were wonderful and lovely too. I liked looking at garden from the window of the guest room. The offered breakfast was outstanding and particularly nice and included plenty of options.

We had a such wonderful time. Our deluxe queen room had a mini-bar, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. We enjoyed the location in the middle of the city.

Efficient staff, amazing and beautiful location in of the most beautiful square in Madrid. Modern, airy units provided with a balcony, a beautiful big soaking tub, for instance.

My room was both wonderful and relaxing with seperate toilet, shower, as for instance. It had unbeatable location a short way from a cibeles palace. Even though some of the staff were not trained, I had a fantastic stay.

The location was top, near Cibeles Fountain. It also was easy to go to the city centre.

I've had a real good stay for 2 nights at the end of our Spain trip. The rooms were both fashionable, romantic, complete with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Puerta Alcalá gate and shower plus the bathroom. You could leave a car on site. The location was central and close to a museum and a palace.

The breakfast was perfect with meats and local cheese delights, as example. Got deluxe room when arrived, really enjoyed that. The property was in the centre of the city...

the hotel was situated not far from gran via and also we could visit plaza mayor. 600 feet from the venue you'll find el perro y la galleta, you'll definitely enjoy your meal.

Within short walking distance to patio de leones, where you can have lunch. A 15-minute walk took us to the prado museum, which was a bonus. We appreciated staying at hospes puerta de alcala. Private parking was convenient for us...
