Fairly clean and fantastic place, enjoyable breakfast with a wide range of options. Brand-new, great modern room with bathtub, a lovely view, as example. Good food, well priced.

The room we booked was fancy and fairly quiet with excellent bathroom facilities, free WiFi, jacuzzi tub.

The property was gorgeous with super-friendly staff at reception desk, I loved the stay. I was upgraded to a contemporary king room with great beds. A tub and a separate shower were a plus.

The restaurant was top-notch with impeccable service, we ordered excellent dishes.

Silent twin room with fancy bathroom, good lighting, as example. Marvellous setting in the great area, just next door to international and domestic airports, the nearest Metro and the terminal. Again, not far from The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

Exquisite and nicely equipped room complete with a large jacuzzi and a lovely view plus very comfortabel beds.

Magnificent location and fairly clean place, I appreciated really excellent and amazingly efficient staff. The room was great modern with 2 twin beds as well as a bath or shower for a really nice stay even for tourist class travellers. The breakfast was complementary with a huge variety of delicious options.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was perfect. The vibe here was family. Moreover, parking was next to the hotel. It had magnificent restaurant with very helpful staff.

Everything was excellent, met needs well, and the staff were amiable people at reception desk. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with comfortable beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The pool area was heated and the location was great, near to the nearest Metro/mall, a great restaurant and Opera. Plus, main attraction such as Casa de Campo was 3 km from this hotel. The place was stylish, nothing too much trouble, strongly recommend.

The service was exceptional with an efficient check-in.

Location of hotel was absolutely perfect and the shuttle to the venue was a big plus. We greatly enjoyed king room provided with hot tub as well as over-designed bathroom.

It was a great location for us, adjacent to Madrid in March, a big, popular mall that has a lot of restaurant and shopping options, and Airport good.

Sincerely, it was an amazing stay for one night. Our family room was newly renovated with separate shower, a very "cold style", as for instance. The location in a comfortable area was good and there where shopping malls and a supermarket nearby.

The restaurant here was magnificent with good food, we both ordered amazing dishes. Really enjoyed the service, including shuttle to the downtown. The staff were friendly and the pool area was heated.

The food was outstanding and the breakfast was complementary and fantastic. I had family room that also was complete with WiFi and over-designed bathroom plus comfortable beds.

The location was marvellous: shopping centres and supermarkets where within walking distance. We dined at a top-notch nearby restaurant with Asian dishes. The food was appetising - a wide array of options.

Breakfast expensive.

The hotel was placed in the remote location in the center. And it was also so close to the shopping Centre, the public areas and the airport which instead of 8Eu, the return taxi was 20Eu, more than the double. The room we had included a flat-screen television and a safe box. The food was reasonably priced, exceptional service.

Well, the area was uninviting overall.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to an industrial park with absolutely nothing, the tube, and a shopping centre. The rooms were stocked and brand-new with luxury bathrooms.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and had hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. Absolutely perfect position was an added bonus. The service was very good as we had expected.

Beds were too hard.

Their rooms are always bright and luxurious with all the amenities, separate shower, as example. The location is remote, right by Madrid, the Mall, and airport. Besides, the hotel is located 1 km away from Plaza Mayor.

A hilton king room was well priced and I enjoyed it. Separate shower was amazing and everything was perfect. The hotel was situated in the remote location in a light industrial area.

The total stay was VERY NICE for one night. The hotel had a remote position close to airport. Café El Mirador de Palma located 1 km away was a nice surprise. You could leave a car next to the property.

It deserves its 4 stars. An interesting place for exploring Madrid. The lighting was natural in the room. WiFi was available too.
