The total stay was really really nice for 2 nights. I asked for double room with a balcony, complementary water, as for instance and they kindly provided it. The location of the hotel was magnificent, easy to reach by train from airport.

My stay was such great for 2 nights. I really enjoyed having 2 single beds or 1 queen-size bed in the room, that was fairly quiet too. The bar was lovely with courteous stuff.

The location was great and fantastic, at a walking distance from a cibeles palace. You could walk to a local supermarket and local supermarkets.

Our accommodation was set in a central location close to Retiro Park and the metro, and two metro station giving access to the city centre. It also was down to the avenues below. Thoroughly enjoyed their good drinks, served in the downstairs bar.

Beds were too soft.

The room was neat and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The staff was welcoming, superfriendly all the time. The venue's position was central. I loved the hotel's roof top bar. Besides, parking was on street, that's important for me.
