Grand Via House

Fantastic overall experience. Bright and impeccable room with lovely beds, coffee/tea making equipment, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. Nice, welcoming stuff towards all guests. A new building right in the heart of Madrid. Besides, easy to get to a large urban plaza.

It had amiable and welcoming staff. It was in a central location, in a historical palace.

We were travelling to Madrid for one night. The room was large with toiletries, aside a common bathroom and the balcony, just what was needed. It had an electric kettle and refrigerators. This accommodation was in the very central location in the center. The whole experience was great.

The staff was amiable - we would stay here again. The room was reasonably priced and impeccably clean when upgraded with sized, toiletries, for example. The location was magnificent, around 4-6 minutes' walk from old town. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a safe area.

An amazing base for one night. Impeccable & bright room, with central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. The view from the window to courtyard. Marvellous very central location and nice staff. Easy to find, steps away from a subway station. A beautiful hotel, my first choice in Madrid.

We greatly enjoyed this place, everything was great. The location was absolutely perfect, perfect to whole destinations + around everything! What's more, it was near the center, a central area and Madrid.

Stayed for 2 nights in this charming old place, thoroughly enjoyed that. I had brilliant quiet room with toiletries, a separate all-in-one bathroom, as for instance. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were available there.

Enjoyed every detail about my really great 1 night stay here. The staff were both very pleasant and exceptionally nice. Double room was with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and central heating. City view was a bonus. The hotel had a particularly good location 4-6 minutes' walking distance from Mercado de Fuencarral. The area was shopping very close to Grand Via Metro station as well as safe area.

Appreciated how good old the property was. The location in a central area was great and unbeatable and there were a market and shops nearby. Our rooms were bright and quiet with aside a common bathroom, the balcony, toiletries. The personnel was superbly friendly and very pleasant, and the host too.

Reasonably large and fairly quiet room with toiletries, a separate all-in-one bathroom, as example as expected. Superbly friendly, incredibly nice staff, stunning location short walk to Gran Via, main attractions and various neighbourhoods. For tea or coffee visit Cafe & Te nearby.

The location was perfect and brilliant, within walking distance of Do Design. Further, it was not far from Madrid, the Metro station '' Gran Via '' and shopping area. We loved comfortable beds.

My stay here was fantastic. The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a downtown area, just off Royal Palace, Madrid, and main attractions. The property was right in the heart of the city.
