Fairly clean and fantastic place, extremely helpful staff. The excellent and perfect location for the price, very close to the metro and shops, the metro system through Colon Station and hop off bus tour stops. Besides, very convenient to Church of Santa Barbara. Units with a nice view.

The weather was wonderful, had really good stay for more than one night. This hotel was set in a central area close to excellent nearby restaurants. It also was in central Madrid.

Had sumptuous premium red level room with a nice view and wake-up service was available in it. The location was incredible near the shopping street and the staff here was very good.

We liked it. Actually everything was perfect. The view was delightful and the staff were top-class and helpful. Its location just a short walk away from a vast 19th-century park was excellent. This hotel was set in a very convenient area;)))

It was in the central location in district called Salamanca. I was offered a delicious breakfast with the free food and champagne, for example.

Perfect and glamorous hotel in a stunning position close to all the shops on Calle Serano. Fabulous variety at breakfast.

Beds were too small.

It had central location close to Plaza de Colon. And we were so close to Plaza de Colon, attractions, restaurants and shops, and dining restaurants. There was delicious breakfasts with freshly cooked hot dishes and champagne, as for instance.

It is a luxury and glamorous property located in Salamanca district just off commercial shops and shopping centers, best restaurants and museums, Puerta del Sol and other attractions. The red suite is compact and has a mini bar, central heating, and an iron.

Got fashionable, soundproof room on the red level floors. Its location was perfect, next to shopping areas, Metro station and city, the northwestern end of Retiro Park, and the best shopping and best restaurants.

Soundproof hotel unit with a nice view. Magnificent location to the Atocha train station, classic style building. Near boutiques and Spanish attentiveness as well as the airport on time.

Appreciated our stay in this great hotel with the personable staff. The venue was set in the central position short walk to the northwestern end of Retiro Park, commercial shops and shopping centers, and the main shopping street and restaurants. There was a tapas restaurant nearby. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

that was great hotel set in good area, really close to underground train station, and salamanca shopping district. we booked sumptuous premium red level room for coffee or drinks and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Classic place, you know. The kind staff was a plus, the location was nice. We spent our evenings in nearby Sinsombrero enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Air-conditioned classic queen room with views of inner courtyard.

Wonderful staff and food to say the least. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. Thoroughly enjoyed proximity to the lake, it was within 20 minutes walk. Price of the breakfast is EUR 13/day for a child under 12 years. Bed was great...

Retiro park was in the immediate vicinity. Velazquez subway station was a few steps away from the hotel. We loved the fact that we chose gran melia fenix;)))
