Generally, the place was pleasant and had hard-working and really helpful staff both in the desk and cleaning service. I ate at a good restaurant at the lobby. It had splendid views of mountains and the city and a minimalist decor. The location was easy and ideal, for example, Santiago Bernabeu Stadium was at a moderate distance from the hotel. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

Overall - excellant value and high-class place with best stuff both in the desk and cleaning service. Handy location with a bus station next to the hotel🙂❤

All in all - we liked this place & would definitely go back. Its location not too far from Scala Melia Castilla was marvellous. The hotel was in a quiet area.

Sincerely, it was a really good stay on business trip. The hotel had a central location and it was minutes from Gate of Europe.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. The bed was comfortable, we liked it and slept well. Had nice dainties at Solaire, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot the property.

All in all, I spend my time greatly. They serve breakfast for eur 21 per person per day. The rooms in the hotel were big.

You can also visit Pato Laqueado that offers excellent meals. The setting of hotel was great. We were visiting to see santiago bernabeu stadium, which was 15-minute walk from the property. Staff was friendly there.
