We liked boiled eggs, fresh bread, and fruit at the breakfast. The room was impeccable and absolutely perfect and included marble-lined bathroom.

Fairly clean, perfect hotel in an excellent location. Freshly prepared and plentiful breakfast with continental dishes, cheeses, good coffee - well worth the money. Very good service from the efficient, attentive staff members.

The room was stylish with balcony, and the breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful. The staff that we encountered were hospitable.

The whole experience was fantastic, no reason to complain, can just recommend. Incredible hotel in an awesome location close to the city centre, the services were excellent. The place had a family atmosphere. The breakfast was good, had variety of food like hardboiled eggs, breads, and fruit.

It was fairly clean, I would happily go back again. Contemporary decor and the whole hotel was nice and little. Great and informative staff, answered all questions.

Hotel is fabulous, with plentiful breakfast, and location is magnificent adjacent to Parque del Retiro, the restaurants, shops and tourist attractions and busier districts that were very nice. They provide many type of service - lovely bar, excellent wi-fi, shuttle to the airport. Its parking is nearby, and the fee equals gbp 20 per day.

The stay here was fantastic for business trip. This hotel was located in a very central area just off most the tourist attractions of interest, many of the historic sights such as the Palacio Real and the centre of town. Also, it was just a short stroll away from a scenic plaza. The breakfast was good, included hardboiled eggs, slices of fresh bread, and fruit to get the day started.

This was a very good stay for the last 4 nights of our stay. The room was newly renovated and a decent size with balcony, just what we needed. Also, it was close to a tube station.

Thoroughly enjoyed it - the place is excellent value and well priced and suited me fine. The hotel staff is genuinely helpful and friendly efficient.

Everything was really good, I can recommend. I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was big size and reasonably clean, location was excellent close to two metro stations. The rooms were newly remodelled and air-conditioned on the 4th floor-street view kept by the patient staff.

The breakfast is fresh for the rate I paid, had local food.

Walkable area, great location, not far from very near a metro station, the downtown on foot and Madrid's " Chinatown ". Absolutely perfect, bright room provided with basic amenities, a TV and balcony.

Thank you very much for a very very good stay than in the States on our 2-week vacation. The staff are genuinely helpful, the breakfast is freshly prepared. It has newly remodelled and decent size rooms to offer with balcony and good bathroom plus a velux window. Can recommend to anyone.

Wonderful accommodation with nice location to The Maze. Brand-new, decent sized room with all toiletries provided, the balcony plus a fantastic view from the balcony, and friendly efficient staff.

Breakfast was cheap, fantastic views, wonderful location next to police station, the top sights, and all the major sites in Madrid. The staff were all especially helpful and friendly efficient. Booked tastefully decorated and air conditioned room that was kept very clean.

Well furnished and air conditioned room with incredible views, a flat screen cable TV, a balcony, and a safe box. Nice decor.

The breakfast was plentiful and good with cheeses, a really good spread plus fresh fruit, we were pleasantly surprised.

The breakfast was fresh for the rate I paid, outstanding food. The venue was set in the central position very close to all main city attractions, central Madrid by Metro and right in the center of old Madrid.

Loved the hotel, it was perfect with exceptionally nice location by great restaurants. My double room was brand-new & decent size. The bed was very clean; and there was a roll-in shower.

The restaurant was pleasant for lunch or dinner, I tried warm dishes. The design was nice.

Spent 5 nights here with my daughter, had a very very good stay overall. The staff where all friendly efficient and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was freshly prepared for the rate I paid! It was in an excellent location in the center of town.

The setting was quite amazing and fab within easy reach of a huge plaza.

Facilities are really good, and there's shuttle to the airport. The staff is hospitable, an absolute asset to this the place.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from a vast pedestrianized public square. The food was local, I tried coffee, scrambled eggs, fresh bread and fruit. The staff there were friendly efficient and attentive.

The room I booked was bright and attractive with TV, the 4th floor-street view, for instance. The breakfast was satisfactory for the rate I paid, with plenty of FRESHLY MADE options.

It was important to get wheelchair accessible room with good bathroom, an extra bed, for instance and that went well.

We definitely coming here again if staying in Madrid. View from the window to courtyard. 5 mins walk to the center.

Ideal place for a 4-night stay. Free WiFi was working perfectly. Bed was nice, we really enjoyed it. It has very good position. Short way from la sirena verde, where you can have lunch...

Located within a walking distance of a subway station in a shopping area. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like La Bola that was only 15 minutes' walk away. In the center of the city, very convenient. Incredible base for a weekend in Madrid.
