Espahotel Plaza Basilica

I had a reasonably large and attractive room with a balcony and a kitchenette. The bed was perfect, great night sleep.

Comfortable location - around 15 min walk to the metro. A nice size room with a sofa as expected. Reasonably good, excellent people working here.

Brilliant accommodation with magnificent setting really close to city centre and other attractions and a nearby cafe.

The location itself was unbeatable and comfortable, quite a walk from Torre Picasso Skyscraper. The restaurant here was wonderful for breakfast, we both ordered appetising dishes.

The hotel's staff are very friendly and fast.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, appetising food, pleasant views. I was upgraded to an attractive suite. Private bathroom was clean. The staff were efficient and assisted me with private parking: )

Facilities were clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi was slow.

The location was incredible, within walking distance of Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Besides, it was adjacent to all the major tourist attractions, the metro station where the marto line comes directly from the airport and main avenues and metro stations.

The hotel had a convenient location a 4-6 minute walking distance from Azca. Everything was really good, the staff were competent. The food was delicious - plenty of options.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

Extremely spacious and functional rooms with kitchen attached, good services. Location close to Nuevos Ministeros train line as well as several supermarkets.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we will definitely visit place next time. Fairly clean and the staff was fast. The location was unbeatable and excellent, at a moderate distance from Torre Picasso Skyscraper. Thoroughly enjoyed the commercial area. The service was good, totally satisfied.

The place was brilliant and restaurant was good! Very good service, though a few employees were not very helpful. Stayed in functional twin room with kitchen as well as the nice complimentary things. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

came here for enjoyment, recommendable. appreciated the place, it was excellent value and worked for me. the location was perfect, at a medium distance from calle ponzano tapas. and the area was very nice, right by the metro station where the marto line comes directly from the airport, a very large shopping mall, and 2 metro lines, several supermarkets and el corte ingles. double room i stayed at was a nice size with large private terrace. i could use a personal safe, climate control and a mini-bar.

We were happy to find La Cava de Juani 200 ft away, where we could eat. We loved our time here. The hotel was placed 9 miles away from the airport

mariscos la toledana, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. very friendly personnel. we do recommend the hotel.
