Espahotel Gran Via

Our room with a double bed was good-sized. A kitchenette, a TV area, and a couch were good.

Everything was perfectly fine, extremely helpful staff, nice views of the skyline of the Gran Via. The location was unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from an Emigration gallery. You could walk to a supermarket and department shops.

Lots of products for a good breakfast.

We were in a great and incredible location relatively near Mathew Street. Its service was good.

The staff was very rude.

Fabulous and modern room with a separate lounge and a storage space, and absolutely fabulous view from it. Very central location, perfect place for discovering Madrid.

Very noisy room.

Location: the hotel was just off all major Madrid sights, and Royal Palace in 15 minutes. Street food restaurant Barton Rouge was located 5 minutes walk away. The spotlessly clean and well-equipped room had all the necessary facilities, a small refrigerator, a safe, and a storage. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great.

Great value place with professional employees especially on the reception desk. Comfortable and the best location in the centre of Madrid, best base for a trip. Besides, easy access to Plaza de Oriente.

Very nice overall experience. Clean venue with great breakfasts and city views. Good service and great value. Everything good!

The location is marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from a vast pedestrianized public square. It's adjacent to the centre of Madrid on the main street, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Espana, Templo de Debod, The Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol and the nearest cafe. The rooms are spotless and nicely equipped, with a separate lounge and a storage.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a touristic area, short walk to major attractions, restaurants & shopping, the subway and the Gran Via 65. The rooms were fabulous and brand-new, included a kitchenette, a TV area, and a couch. Everything was good, yet a few employees were very rude. The food was superb and splendid.

The hotel with new-fashioned and perfect rooms, in a crowded area, on the Gran Via. Central location and competent staff especially on the reception desk. Easy walk to Plaza de Callao.

The units are reasonably large with carpet.

It was in a good and fantastic location close to Plaza de Callao.

The stuff where professional and a great breakfast was provided. It had comfortable and the best location with access to Calle de la Princesa nearby. Truly enjoyed that food was brilliant.

Had great location along Gran Via-close to everything. Besides, it was close to Puerta del Sol, Callao, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real and Opera/ Plaza Oriente and the Palace, the Puerta del Sol, and the Plaza Espana.

The location is absolutely perfect, in the centre of Madrid.

Wide varieties of splendid food at breakfast. Marvellous and incredible location, 5 minutes' walk to a large urban plaza. And adjacent to Gran Via, which can be summed up as the Broadway of Madrid, Puerta del Sol, Callao, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real and Opera/ Plaza Oriente and Close to many halal restaurants...

we had studio suite with a private bathroom.

Great and convenient position in the comfortable area, short walk to Royal Palace in 15 minutes, the Palace Real and the main Gran Via. A well priced and excellant hotel, my first choice in Madrid.

I would say it's brilliant place for staying and exploring Madrid. The hotel has marvellous location and very hospitable and competent staff especially on the reception desk.

It is an absolutely great property located in Centro district next to the Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor and Sabatini Gardens, the Gran Via 65, and the Palace, the Puerta del Sol, and the Plaza Espana. The breakfast was good, we truly enjoyed a wide array of meals. It has both pleasant and always nice staff. The location is magnificent, in a short walking distance to two different metro lines.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

Beds were a bit hard.

It has particularly good location close to Coliseum Building. There are restaurants and cafes close to the hotel.

Modern room and very well appointed bathroom with shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet. The best location in Madrid near Puerta del Sol, the restaurant, and the Gran Via. Also, in the center of MADRID.

a few steps away from chocolateria san gines, where you can have lunch. the location is excellent.
