The services are exceptional, including a lovely pool. The rooms are cheap and brand-new, the staff is amicable! The breakfast is gorgeous and free with different fruits to choose from and good coffee, for example, has everything you need. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

Modern units in an industrial style and pleasant staff. Welcoming service, parking onsite. The fast check-in process too.

All in all they offer excellent service.

It was cheap, good sized and with good beds. This location was ideal and handy, short walk to the center of town, Gran Via/ Opera areas of Madrid, which ran until 2 am, and all the best stops.

The hotel rooms are well-appointed and well-organised with a modern interior, beautiful art plus big window. There is a microwave, coffee & tea making machines and fridges. The customer service is excellent, they offer shuttle to the airport.

The hotel was located near the subway and other popular sights and fast food restaurants. The staffs were very very helpful & excellent. The location was perfect and handy, near the airport, better than I ever had before. Moreover, there was a lake within 15 mins walk from the venue.

Stayed for 1 night in this original and ideal place, liked that. Superbly friendly and incredibly nice staff, they had a shuttle from the airport. The rooms were modern here with the bathroom, an industrial style, as for instance. The location was perfect and magnificent - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.

Pity, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

Rooms where very clean and beds were comfortable. Plaza de la independencia and other tourist spots were so close to this hotel. We do recommend it for every one, good value. It was decidedly a reasonable base for family.
