booked a room with balcony. central heating, an iron and an electronic key card were good. its location not very far from a sprawling museum was marvellous.

The location was PERFECT, around 10-15 minutes walk from a huge plaza. Staff was super affable and kind.

The twin room was a nice size with balcony. A hair dryer and fresh towels were available there. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza was good.

The location was absolutely perfect for walking around a sprawling museum. Really helpful staff suggested restaurants. We had the double room which was reasonably spacious.
