The venue is fairly clean and spacious, views are magnificent, the location is great and absolutely perfect near to the bus station, taxis and metro, the bus depot where buses originate, and easy to go to the city center. It has outstandingly accommodating and amicable personnel upon check-out.

The airport was 25 km away. The room was exceptional, with smoke detectors and excellant views of the mountains across the city.

I was upgraded to a bright classic room with nice breakfast- good selection. This hotel was set in a central area right by the train, the metro and the bus station and subway stop.

The location near the Towers in Madrid was great. Moreover, it was close to bus station so public transportation is very convenient, and the airport with one change of the lines.

The room I booked was tidy and huge with comfortable beds. The location was great and unbeatable, very close to bus stop and subway station, the museums and the major shopping areas and the metro/ subway and many bus lines and easily accessible. It also was close to Plaza Castella which is a bus station as well the metro station. Here I spent 1 night and loved being in this place.

It was a small hotel that covered all our needs. Actually, the room was spotless and bright, it also had a hairdryer and fresh towels.

The location was stunning, not too far from Mercado de San Cristobal. Moreover, it's so close to Madrid, and public transport. You could leave a car onsite.

Chilled-out base for a weekend in Madrid! Truly enjoyed their on-site restaurant El Secreto, it was good. We were so impressed with fantastic service that we would come there again...

We liked it. Chamartín district was definitely worth visiting. Breakfast costs 12 EUR per person per day.

I liked the location and the FANTASTIC service of the team. Santiago bernabeu stadium was easily accessible, set only 1 mile away. The plaza de castilla subway station was less than 400 feet from the hotel. I do recommend & would definitely go back.

Easy walk to attractions, including torres kio. Chamartín neighborhood is worth seeing:)))
