The rooms are brand-new and tastefully decorated with excellent air-conditioning, a safe, and a minibar.

Generally, loved this simply stunning accommodation with thoughtful staff with very helpful and cheerful customer service.

The accommodation had a very central location in the center of Madrid. It was also just off restaraunts, all major tourist attractions in Madrid, and good restaurants can be found.

Stylish accommodation, outstandingly helpful staff, perfect location to common area outside. Exceptionally good breakfast, stylish and brand-new rooms. Excellent air-conditioning, a safe box, and a minibar - very useful. Very good service and acceptable value. Had free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

I found the hotel's location stunning, adjacent to good restaurants can be found, the Barrio de las Letras where good restaurants can be found, and a former Palace.

The hotel met what was needed, I would definitely go back. The beds were big, the room was brand-new with great bathroom. The staff was patient and attentive the whole time of my stay. The restaurants were lovely and for every budget.

The hotel of choice in Madrid. Fairly clean property with extremely friendly staff with very helpful and cheerful customer service. Amazing location to Prado National Museum. Found in a beautiful area just next door to all major tourist attractions, and central Madrid.

Suite with excellent toiletries was the best. The location was great - ease of access to a large urban plaza.

All in all - had a memorable 6 night stay. We had twin room, and it was well-appointed with great bathroom.

The location was great and beautiful close to everything with a staff willing to go the extra mile. Moreover, it was not far from shops, the palace and all the great locations around, and all major tourist attractions. The room was huge and included an electric kettle and glassware. Everywhere there was clean.

Facilities were fantastic, but Wi-Fi was bad.

The venue was simply stunning and beautifully designed, I liked the stay and the location was perfect close to all major tourist attractions in Madrid, the city center, and the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, all 3 famous museums, Retiro Park.

The room was very good sized and brand-new with with a comfortable king size bed, very large bathroom, incredible views, had good night sleep.

Our room was brand-new and silent with outstanding decoration. The location of the hotel was strategic and peaceful - just a short stroll away from a vast pedestrianized public square.

Twin room I stayed at was well decorated with excellent toiletries. The location was excellent and perfect for walking around a scenic plaza.

The location was magnificent as it was walking distance to restaurants and bars. A garden and a park were walking distance to the hotel.

I liked my room, it was nicely decorated & stylish. Extra facilities such as coffee & tea makers and glassware were really useful.

I have stayed in twin/double room for 1 night, it was complete with GHD hairdryer, excellent toiletries, a lovely view.

The staff were attentive and efficient from arrival to departure. It was airy, breathtaking and with great bathroom. Coffee/tea making machines and glassware were very handy.

Really enjoyed having an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment and a multi-channel TV in the airy room. Its location within walking distance of a vast pedestrianized public square was best possible.

I had the double room, it was fashionable and splendid. There was a marble-lined bathroom with a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and bath robes.

The room was new-fashioned and had central heating, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making machines as pictured in advertising. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were comfortable. The hotel was located in the heart of the city.

The setting was quite peaceful within easy reach of a huge plaza...

i spent 2 nights and would return there. everything was perfect, i loved my stay. it had marvellous location with access to radio nearby. the room was silent and cool and the beds were big. the staff members were all accommodating and thoughtful.

You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Casa Alberto with nice drinks. Deluxe room included a heating system, a safe and a coffee maker. Moreover, free Wi Fi was great. No complains at all, the hotel suited our needs.

It was worth its 4 stars. Satisfied with the hotel, it's an ideal base for staying in Madrid.
