The staff was very pleasant, very efficient service. We stayed in apartment with good interior. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator too.

Gorgeous hotel in an easy position to airport super. Great breakfast options with coffee, salami plus massed potato. Very quick check in and a very good service throughout my stay. Hot orange juice and coffee in the coffee bar, private parking place.

The venue is fantastic and gorgeous, its location is excellent, so close to the nearest Metro station, so very convenient and a big mall, called Plenilunium. It has amazingly nice, outstandingly accommodating staff.

Its location was particularly good and unbeatable, near restaurants and grocery store, the correct bus stop and a shopping centre where there is a lot of food options. Also, we visited a shopping mall, located just a short walk away from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.

The hotel was set in a remote area adjacent to airport, public transport, the taxi. It also was in suburbs of Madrid.

Comfortable bed, PROFESSIONAL staff, the room was tidy. As picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to good choice of restaurants, went to Amazonia Chic couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away.

Good choice of extra supplies: an individual safe, lounge area and a work desk. Free shuttle was offered too. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose it, would return anytime.

arte-sano, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. the property is only a short distance to plenilunio. 15 min walk from the bus stop.
