Booked an a nice size room with a large bathroom, nice view plus nice beds.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. Incredible and stunning position was an added bonus. We needed to stay near a tube station.

The room is well-appointed and well decorated with a comfortable bed and pillows. Private bathroom is reasonably large. The location is particularly good in a tourist area, really close to the public transport to Madrid, and train station and the main square and all the shopping streets.

Fairly clean place & excellent co-operating and amicable staff especially thr doorman. Magnificent and perfect location near a bus stop. Walking distance to a market and several stores across the street.

A lively area, incredible and wonderful location just off other "tourist spots ", metro, bus, taxi, supermarket and the center of Madrid near for both business. Easy check-in, great value and well-equipped room with coffee, the quality of the services, as example.

Location: particularly good, adjacent to a great bakery crossing the street, the best areas and the roundabout. Nearby Bar la Colonia - great place to chill out. Top quality room with exceptional services and a nice size bathroom.

It was a well-run hotel in a residential area, close to Very near the main park that was beautiful, 10 minutes walk from the Retiro, and center.

Views appeared to be awful.

The room was well-appointed and beautifully decorated, with coffee, basic equipment and bedroom, slept really well. The location was excellent, with a bus stop near the hotel.

It has efficient and amiable staff especially thr doorman and good facilities. The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, just off tourist hotspots, bus routes, the beautiful Retiro Park, and the main train station. Besides, the hotel is located 4 km away from Longford Pump.

The hotel's location was perfect, short walk to the metro and a taxi rank, most attractions, eg, 20 minutes to museum district and botanical gardens, and good cafes and restaurants. Guest room had upgrades, it was air conditioned and top-class.

The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a downtown area, just next door to anywhere in the city by the Metro as well as the Puerta de Atocha train station. The staff was efficient plus the location was particularly good and incredible. Rooftop bar was lively.

Brilliant base for discovering Madrid with efficient and cooperative staff from the front-desk staff to the bellboys and restaurant workers. Easy to get to, fantastic and amazing location close enough to the trains and public transport, and a good access point for other parts of the city.

The stay here was extra special for business trip. The English breakfast option was outstanding. The venue was set in the central position next to major attractions, a fast paced roundabout and outskirts of city.

Savoury and cheap breakfast with cakes and dairy free options, as example, it had so much choice. The hotel was in a wonderful location, easy to get about-good transport system.

By and large, it was nicely presented place with top-class staff especially thr doorman. The location was convenient and perfect, just next door to Atocha railway station, metro and supermarket and all Madrid, Segovia and Toledo.

Accommodation was spacious and exceptional with top-class and incredibly attentive staff from the front-desk staff to the bellboys and restaurant workers. Got the same guest room booked online with big bathrooms, 2 single beds, as example. The food they offered was savoury, had lots of meals.

The bed was a bit hard, that's my bad luck.

The staff were all amicable, thoughtful. It had central location close to Plaza del Conde de Casal. Also, the area was touristic.

Well-maintained and nicely appointed hotel with efficient personnel especially thr doorman. Plenty of outstanding food for meals. Downtown area, central location adjacent to Retiro Park, a cafe that had pastries and Madrid for Madrid Open tennis tournament. For tea or coffee visit Restaurante Viena Azul nearby.

It's high standard with very clean beds and magnificent views.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very very good stay for business trip. This hotel was situated in the business position. Retiro district was worth exploring.

The property is fairly clean with a modern design, and the English breakfast is amazing. Glad I took triple room, it was fashionable and great value. This place is in a magnificent location close to the airport.

Perfect central location very close to a metro station and multiple bus stations nearby. Views especially at sunset were nice, the room was great quality and stylish.

A guest room with 4 beds has basic facilities you need. The location is incredible and wonderful and they have parking under ground. Restaurante la Parisiena, where you can eat, is just a pleasant stroll away from from here.

New-fashioned and high-class room, very clean beds. Location - comfortable and unbeatable, not far from the main park that was beautiful and great for a lost mornings' stroll, a great bakery crossing the street and the main tourist stops.

By and large, it was lovely base for sightseeing in Madrid, had much fun and met very caring staff especially thr doorman. Our room was great value on the higher floors, just what was needed. Hotel's location was magnificent and unbeatable, near by mini markets.

The location is near an underground station, fantastic and amazing. For tea and goodies visit Caronte's Cafe, located close by;)))

Comfortable bed, a nice size and well-equipped room with a view of city.

This well-maintained and well-kept hotel occupies a very very good building in the contemporary style. The location of the venue is convenient and unbeatable, adjacent to Madrid central, public transport and train station and the main square. Retiro district is worth your attention. The customer service is very good, they offer shuttle to the airport. Moreover, there is a parking under ground.

We ate at a good restaurant with excellent service. Enjoyed city view.

The room was a nice size, updated for the quality of the services. As for me, the location was incredible, just next door to taxi-30 euros, Claridge, and getting go the city centre. I was surprised at nearby Couture Cakes, they had some goodies, drinks.

Had high-class, nice styled room that was kept very clean. The breakfast was savoury and relatively cheap with lots of meals.

I had an extra special stay and would definitely book here again, thank you very much. Overall the room was high quality and neat. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Plaza del Conde de Casal. The hotel was in a tourist area, right by Metro and bus stations, 20 30 minutes walk from the Prado, and Parque del Retiro and Prado National Museum.

The rooms are a nice size and well-equipped and have nice views especially at sunset. The sofa bed is comfortable. They care about guests, offer excellent service and shuttle to the airport. Free Wi-Fi which allows me to work can be used throughout the property. A subway station is near the hotel, central location. It's in a very very good building in the downtown area.

Recommend it to anyone. Its location is amazing, just next door to the clubs, the bus stations and the metro stations and a cafe that had pastries and coffee for a fraction of the price, crowded area. Also, Plaza del Conde de Casal is not far away.

Location adjacent to getting go the city centre and retiro park which was great for a 10km run.

English breakfast, good food. Wonderful location with a car park and close enough to the metro in a good neighborhood and a metro station and multiple bus stations nearby.

Very rude staff!

The guest room I stayed in was high-class with a view. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. The staff were caring and efficient and the location was unbeatable next to metro station. Apart from that, a national museum was 5 minutes' drive away.

We had savoury and reasonably priced breakfast with dairy free options and local specialities and cakes.

All in all, it's exceptional place that has welcoming staff from the front-desk staff to the bellboys and restaurant workers. The nice restaurant especially for lunch is a nice plus. Just keep in mind, there's parking on-site.

Views are awful.

Enjoyed my real good stay for business trip. The location was brilliant and awesome, within easy walking distance of Plaza de Mariano de Cavia. It also was in upscale neighborhood.

The rooms were exceptional with a huge bathroom, the staff were caring and flexible. Its location was central, minutes from Plaza del Conde de Casal...

Superior, impeccably clean place with excellent views. Neat and huge units and ATTENTIVE staff at all times. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Unbeatable location to a grand boulevard.

Central location was a plus. This hotel was set in a good area.

Located in the quiet zone, it was a perfect place for one night. The service was excellent, including an easy check-in. Besides, parking was available under ground. The rooftop bar was lively!

There were an electronic key card, a work desk and satellite television in the room, appreciated that. The caring and top-class staff made a good impression. The service was helpful with an early check-in. Location: the hotel was just off Madrid, public transport and Metro for 1 or 2 stops. Being near Cookaluzka was nice, we had dinner there.

i came here with my family. enjoyed the queen room i had with gluten free options.

Unfortunately internet was terrible.

Hotel was placed very close to such tourist sites as royal botanical garden. Don't forget to explore Carabanchel neighborhood;))
