Excellent service was provided here. The staff were amicable, and the room was big and stylish with a large comfortable bed.

We had a such great experience in this wonderful and quiet hotel. The staff was nice and welcoming at all levels. It was stylish, comfy and with comfortable bed. An electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a study table turned out to be good. The venue was in a marvellous location close to Plaza Mayor, Prado, and other locations of interest, the touristic center of Madrid and Spain.

Such wonderful experience there. Fairly friendly and top-class staff all over the place. Easy check-in, generally efficient service. Free Wi-Fi provided in the hotel.

Overall it was extremely spacious and fairly quiet with a terrace overlooking the shops.

The unit we got was perfectly clean and well-designed with proper closet, large window, as for instance. Had nice decoration. The location offered was magnificent and absolutely perfect close to all the restaurants, shops and metro, the center and Callao and Puerta del Sol.

The place was wonderful and quiet, it worked for me. The room was modern and well-designed here with a lovely big terrace looking onto calle preciados. Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant at the ground floor.

The rooms were immaculately clean and stylish, complete with a lovely big terrace and large window, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

The venue is straightforward and modern, its location is fantastic, just off Callao and Puerta del Sol, the center between Sol and the supermarket. Make sure you stay in the double room with a lovely big terrace looking onto Calle preciados, a great shower, as example.

The location was very central, incredible close to everything. And we were very close to all the restaurants, shops and metro, and other locations of interest.

Their staff were very rude.

The location of the hotel was great and amazing - within walking distance of an iconic street. It also was in the very center.

Spent 1 night here with my daughter, had an amazing stay overall. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, within easy walking distance of a vast pedestrianized public square. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were affable.

Location - perfect, not far from the center of a vibrant area as well as Plaza Mayor. New-fashioned unit with a beautiful design.

The hotel of choice in Madrid. Modern place, clean, good value. Amazing, excellant location near to everything. Based near Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and the center between Sol. Reasonably spacious room and an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and a study table inside. The pleasant and consistently courteous stuff and their quick responses to my needs.

Loved Madrid, the hotel was quiet very close to all important sites. The location was particularly good, so close to Main Square. Located away from hustle and bustle, it was easy to find.

The location was magnificent, around 4-6 minutes' walk from a huge plaza. Further, it was next to Callao and Puerta del Sol, the touristic center of Madrid, and shops.

Booked a room with a terrace overlooking the shops. A fridge, air conditioner, and an individual safe were good.

Location: the hotel was just off te center, most major attractions and the department store. The WELCOMING service and the attention to detail!

Wonderful and quiet accommodation with brilliant setting short walk to Callao and Puerta del Sol metro stations, a supermarket, and all the restaurants, shops and metro. The location in the heart of the city. Also, right in the centre.

It was in the centre of Madrid with Casino de Madrid nearby.

there were a fridge, an air conditioning and an individual safe in the room, enjoyed that. it had a beautiful decor and an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Very central location, not too far from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. Excellent service within 25 km of the airport. Spotless hotel rooms with a great shower.
