Polite and pleasant staff and attention to detail.

Had good location near to a square where there were a number of fun places to drink of an evening. What's more, it was not far from the main attractions in Madrid as well as many comfy boutiques, restaurants, bars.

Have stayed here many times and would happily go back again. Every detail was good and I enjoyed it. Standard double room was budget and perfect had hypoallergenic pillows. The location was marvellous and excellent and the staff were very nice! Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

Fancy hotel located in a safe area near shops, old Madrid, malasana, and hanging out at night. Great and excellent location, easy walk to everywhere. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Museo Sorolla.

The venue was set in the very central position just next door to interesting restaurants and cafes, pension enebral, and grocery stores. The staff were polite and very good all the time.

My favourite property in Madrid. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Location near to the lovely madrid alleys, a nice park where lots of young people were drinking and Tribunal metro station. Lots of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Fancy and straightforward hotel in a secure area, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Only 10 minutes walk from Tribunal tube station. Polite staff and the room neat and cheap with a bathroom, really short bed and the fan...

No elevator.

The location was great and brilliant, not too far from a history museum. I stayed in perfect room with a fan, really short bed and a fridge as expected.

Overall it was spotless and cheap with really short bed;)))

the room was budget, it was cheap and the beds where comfortable. the breakfast offered lots of delicious meals.
