The location was particularly good, a minute walk from old town. Set minute walk from a tube station, which helped to explore Madrid. The rooms were all cosy and spacious with a private bathroom, TV, for example.

It was good base for one night. The staff were more than helpful, and fulfilled extra services. The accommodation had a very central location very close to all the landmarks of the city.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was perfect. The employees were easy going and pretty friendly. This hotel was located in a very central area right by the restaurants and stores in the city, Madrid city center and Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Centro district was worth exploring.

The rooms are neat exactly as in the picture. It offers an excellent and amazing location and has pretty friendly staff. The airport is 25 km away, easy to reach.

Guest room was ready when we arrived. We loved it and its view of courtyard.

The location was great, you can visit Casino de Madrid by walking. The incredibly nice staff were more than helpful.

Appreciated our 2 nights stay. There were very clean beds and a safe box and climate control inside the room. The staff were more than helpful with all of our needs. A subway station was located minute walk from the venue.

This hotel is a characterful base for a city break in Madrid. All the rooms are nice little exactly as in the picture and the staff are gentle.

Its location was AMAZING, right by the attractions madrid had to offer, and the shopping stores and places to visit.

We had the guest room which was cosy. It had comfy beds. The location was marvellous, not far from the restaurants and stores, the busiest shopping streets in Madrid, and all the touristic places and right by a large urban plaza we wanted to see.

Excellent location right by a lovely square, and 10 minute walk from a huge plaza.

I had neat, spacious room complete with a private bathroom, air-con, as example. Everything here was perfect. The hotel had a very central location and it was steps away from Fuencarral Market. The staff was amiable & helpful.
