Fairly clean hotel, excellent and helpful team members from the management or the owners. Pleasant restaurant, brand-new and well-kept room with a single card key and very comfortable beds plus bathroom. Kindness of the staff. Central location, within a close distance from a large urban plaza. Walking distance to a market and small supermarkets across the street.

Fairly clean hotel with very-very nice staff from the management or the owners. Wonderful and incredible location in Madrid, next to the Royal Palace and many other tourist attractions, center and Madrid for the champions league final at the Wanda Metropolitana. Again, walking distance to a neoclassical garden.

Honestly no complaints. Kindness of the staff. Newly renovated hotel rooms with bathroom. Plenty of options, fabulous food. Early check-in, parking in the building.

Overall it was recently refurbished and large with very comfortable beds.

The property is fairly clean and well priced. Bright, reasonably large room and superfriendly staff from the management or the owners. Comfortable beds and an electronic key card, a work desk, and television. Location close enough to the Palace and the Metro, the major sights in Madrid, and Opera and Sol metro stations.

The room itself was newly remodelled and a decent size with ac and had essentials we needed.

The units were well-kept with all necessary equipment.

well priced and enchanting hotel with exceptionally nice staff from the management or the owners, greatly enjoyed our staying. the property's position was marvellous, right by numerous restaurants, and palacio real and puerta del sol.

There was no breakfast which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

We had a double room with an electronic key card, a work desk and television. The location was perfect and nice, just a short stroll away from a huge plaza...

The units are brand-new, decent size with aircon, AC, very comfortable beds.
