The room itself was clean with inner window, balconies and an aircon. The staff were amicable, marvellous and incredible location in the heart of Madrid. Spent our evenings in nearby El Tigre enjoying drinks and atmosphere...

Our experience was fairly nice from the moment we checked in, would like to stay longer. Planned to see Madrid major attractions and it was relaxing base for visiting all of them. All the staff was helpful and we had an easy check in.
