The stay was lovely. We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, even so everything was perfect. Had perfect location to interesting places, close to Preciados Street. Moreover, it was next to fancy feeling shopping street, very many shops and restaurants and Gran Via and Fuencarral. The personal was very helpful and incredibly attentive. The food was nice, with a huge variety of options.

The room was neat with a balcony, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location of the hotel was very central, just next door to the sanctuary and shops as well as cleaners start early.

Great value and brand-new units with decent bed for the same money and especially helpful staff.

Overall it was great value with private bathroom. An electric kettle and a fridge were a plus.

Good and absolutely perfect location for our needs, not far from the centre of Madrid, and restaurants and bars. Also, in the center of Madrid.

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this affordable hotel. I appreciated double room. Had an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a writing table. Incredibly attentive and amicable staff who were always there to help. The location was excellent and unbeatable, you can visit a grand boulevard by walking.

Great place in the heart of Madrid. Cheap, silent unit with private bathroom as well as decent bed for the same money. Marvellous and awesome location to a subway station.

Never had a better new year before, everything was great. I asked for twin room with shower and a 'separate bath' plus the nice view and they kindly provided it.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were cheap and silent with private bathroom. The location was great, it was in the heart of the town. Just 10 minutes on foot to Gran Via underground, was a big plus.

Everything was perfect at this cool hotel. My queen room had modern conveniences, including an electronic key card, multi-channel television and a writing table. A bath in the shared bathroom was a plus. All the employees where polite and smiled at me.

We had the most good few days there. We both loved it, the place is cool and great and suited fine. The staff was amazingly attentive & excellent.
