Brand-new room with balcony was enjoyable.

The staff were both very very helpful and excellent. Our room, including a huge bathroom, was good-sized, and well-equipped.

The staff were welcoming and location was marvellous. I appreciated my room - neat with a window heading to an inside patio.

It was a great stay because of winter time. The location was very central, so close to restaurants, and Madrid. There was Asadero Miguel Angel in the vicinity, we ate lunch there.

Breakfast disappointing.

The location was excellant, just a short stroll away from a vast pedestrianized public square. The stuff was friendly, helped a lot. The unit we got was neat with balcony, air con, view of Gran Via.

Every visit to Madrid we like to stay here. Popular hotel that has incredible staff on the reception desk. The beds are great to sleep on. The location is unbeatable and stunning, in Madrid center. And its near to subway, all major attraction of Madrid and museums❤

moreover, we could park our car nearby. breakfast here costs eur 6/day for a child under 11 years.

Plaza de espana and many other tourist places were very close to the hotel. Arganzuela neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention...

The hotel was situated very close to plaza de espana and also we could visit the prado museum. The location was VERY GOOD for us. 20 minutes' drive to the airport.
