Marvellous and incredible location - really close to a main pedestrian street, bars and shops. Besides, easy to get to Saint Saviour Pimlico.

We booked double room and it was huge. There were coffee and tea making equipment, fridges, and glassware in the room too.

Got big room with tea, massive suitcases, as example. Magnificent and convenient location, right in front of the Opera tube station. Just off bars, restaurants and shops, many restaurants and near Opera.

The place was great and restaurant was pleasant. Brilliant and super hotel's location, as it was walking distance to a tube station.

Our room was huge, stunning with coffee and tea/coffee, had an enjoyable experience. We had a street view.

The staff - some of them were a bit rude.

Everything was amazing, no complaints whatsoever, I recommend it. Loved spending my time in this neat opera hotel.

Stunning and cosy rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware. Good sleep in a comfortable bed. Convenient and perfect location right in the center of Madrid in a busy area.

Magnificent and unbeatable position in the busy area, close enough to the Royal Palace and the opera house square. Nearby Sankara Lounge Bar - great place to chill out.

The room was good sized and brand-new and what's more - included a shower, dryers, and fresh towels. Enjoyed watching street from the window. Comfortable and perfect location, a tube station was next to our hotel. You could walk to a market and shops.

the location was marvellous, an easy walk to a huge plaza. there were a palace and a royal palace very close to the hotel.

The hotel was gorgeous and clean inside, I really enjoyed it. Everything was brand-new and the staff were nice and very very kind. It had unbeatable location very close to a palace and a Royal palace. The stay was absolutely such great.

Brand-new & huge unit with fresh towels, tea plus balcony. Location right by the major attractions in the centre and many restaurants and tourist attractions. Easy walk to a huge plaza.

Really comfortable stay, as always. The accommodation was GORGEOUS with affable and accommodating staff. Beautiful and stunning rooms available with fresh towels and tea. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Located in 5 minutes' walk from Opera tube station.

I truly enjoyed it. Great hotel, the idea of having double room was great. Everything was brand-new, but a few employees were kind of rude.
