The staff were very nice and check-in was friendly. Fantastic central location close enough to two metro stations and supermarkets and restaurants, bar tapas, underground, museum. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Estanque de los Bonsais: D

Fairly clean hotel in a neat building really close to restaurants, bar tapas, underground, museum, surrounding area, and Royal Palace. Unbeatable location near station and pleasant and best staff. Besides, excellent for visiting a scenic plaza. Simply nothing too much trouble, really really nice stay.

They offered modern and absolutely perfect rooms with the oven, a balcony, for instance. The staff was very obliging, nice, no complains at all. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from a vast pedestrianized public square.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to theaters and great shopping, train station and restaurants, bar tapas, underground, museum. It also was right in the heart of Madrid. The location was magnificent, with Rosi la Loca Taberna nearby, where we could eat.
