Stayed in twin room with a shared bathroom which was perfect for me. The breakfast was satisfactory with jam, worth the price. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to metro stations.

Excellent location in the centre made it easy to get to key attractions. The room was beautifully decorated with three separate single beds, the bed was comfortable. Excellent team at the reception desk.

Every time we stay in Madrid, like to stay here. The units were beautifully decorated with shared bathroom. The location is excellent and short walk from an underground station.

This accommodation had a central setting easy to reach by subway. Good breakfast with cakes and jam, as for instance and the staff were helpful and caring.

The location was marvellous and incredible, close to the city center, it's a plus.

The venue is placed in a central position right in the heart of the City.

Wanted to explore Madrid and this hotel was brilliant place for doing it. There were beautifully decorated and good looking rooms with A/C, a double bed, for instance.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, in the city centre of Madrid with easy access to shops and a market.

Well, there was no elevator.

Climate control and a kitchen available in the queen room. Particularly good and amazing position in the lively area, so close to many cafes and bars, and central Madrid/Chueca. Nearby Mercado de la Reina - great place to chill out.

The guest room I got was complete with shared bathroom, comfy bed plus large windows. It was lovely looking and everything was good.

At 25 km distance from the airport. Comfortable bed, compact and great-sized rooms. Satisfied with its courtyard view.

Quiet and absolutely great place, it has very helpful staff at the reception desk. I do recommend who wants to rest in Madrid.

The location was good and amazing, near to restaurants and food court, then music clubs, Mexican, Peruvian restaurants, public transport and major city attractions, and central Madrid.

I had the queen room which was compact and beautifully maintained with large windows. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals.

It had excellent location for what we needed. Spent our evenings in nearby Stroganoff Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Being short walk from a subway station was a bonus.

The hotel had a very central location easy to reach by the public transport. And we were close enough to 2 metro stations, the city centre of Madrid, and food court.

I loved the room and its nice decor. The breakfast I had was satisfactory with jam and cakes, for example. Caring and best team, they made me feel welcome.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered single room. It was equipped with a bathtub. The location was marvellous, not too far from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza.

The location of the hotel was amazing - within walking distance of a cibeles palace. Moreover, it's short walk to 2 metro stations and Mexican, Peruvian restaurants.

all the staff was superfriendly, fixed my issues. the location was incredible, within easy walking distance of a state - owned museum. it also was in a vibrant area.

So glad we choose it, it's excellent place for staying in Madrid. Room was very clean and heated, had everything we wanted. Worth its 2 stars.

Communication was challenging, wifi was very poor.
