It has rooms that are cleaned on a daily basis and come with TV and a bathroom.

As we remember, there was no lift.

Clean hotel, helpful staff & particularly good and perfect location to tourist spots. Good basic and lovely little room with comfortable beds as expected.

The units are exceptionally clean with good beds. The staff is affable and caring.

We had a very good stay in a long time. We liked the hotel, its magnificent and perfect location and amiable staff.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

The location was particularly good, within easy walking distance of Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. The staff were helpful and amiable too.

Great and excellent accommodation with perfect setting right by Madrid, the subway and the attractions of Madrid.

Location: the hotel was close enough to nice neighbourhood, and nonstop fast food restaurants.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and the bed was too high.

Loved our good basic and well-equipped rooms, plus the staff was excellent.

There was no elevator.

It was really good time in Madrid. I had a double room it was bright.

We stayed in the double room that was charming little and with extremely comfy bed. Could use central heating and a TV set. The location was good, for example, Santiago Bernabeu Stadium was not very far from the hotel...

Location excellent, close to a train station. Situated in a lively area.

the room was bright and beautiful little, included with a bathroom, good beds, for instance. the staff was very friendly and caring when needed.

The location close to the subway was absolutely perfect for us.

I liked the shared bathroom. You can ask for extra blankets too...

it deserves its 2 stars. all in all, it was comfortable base for traveling to madrid. we appreciated the spanish cuisine in the restaurant. moreover, free wi fi was a welcome feature.
