Magnificent location in a perfect area was a plus. Our room was well-appointed with shower, the internet and chic design and met requests. The staff was very amiable, they provided a very good service.

The location was comfortable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Museo Sorolla. You could walk to a shopping street and various stores. The rooms they offer were silent and brand-new with King Size bed and bathroom plus well working air-conditioning system.

The hotel was set in a very central area close to the chic Serrano Street, Prado Museum, Retiro Park and other specific palaces, Historical building, large rooms, perfect bathroom, and the Tres Cantos suburb. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

Silent rooms with 2 TVs, a writing table, and a separate wardrobe, nice views.

Plus, it was short walk to the bowling alley / nightclub underground, the major galleries and museums, and other culture treasures that abound in Madrid and the best shops and a ton of great restaurants.

The place had a comfortable atmosphere. The beds were big and the premium room itself was reasonably large and silent. The pool was nice and I had delicious drinks in the terrace bar: )

One of the advantages - recently refurbished and well laid out rooms; they included a shower and a bidet. The setting was quite great and the best within easy reach of Plaza de Colon.

Everything is really good here, had a very good stay for 3 nights. The location is magnificent, near Prado Museum, Retiro Park and other specific palaces, Historical building, large rooms, perfect bathroom, reception areas, and airport. Also, Golden Mile is nearby.

this was a grand old and quaint hotel with a very central location on upmarket madrid area-good value for money. the personnel was helpful and highly courteous. i had nice food for breakfast with many options.

It deserves its 5 stars. We appreciated it, especially its location and comfort. TV with satellite channels, central heating and a sitting area available in the premium king room. Moreover, hotel offered us free Wi Fi. It's 20 mins walk to the center.

We liked GOOD restaurants on site. A metro station was not far from our hotel. 4-star venue in Madrid.
