Responsive staff, very good services, and perfect location short walk to enormous shopping center with great food store and airport. High-class double room for the wi-fi, quiet atmosphere.

Quirky accommodation, magnificent location close to the convention centre, savoury breakfast. Cooperative, decent staff with smiling face. A nice bar on site.

We had a large bedroom. The breakfast was very tasty with sweet and example-eggs, and the restaurant's offer was excellent.

Breakfast was satisfactory, stunningly beautiful views, easy location short walk to restaurants shopping metro, a metro station, and into Madrid. Everything was really good, yet a few employees were not very good. Overall it was a nice size, with a private bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were very professional and responsive.

Big bedroom. Very tasty and satisfactory breakfasts, with sweet and example-eggs, as for instance. Marvellous setting, near cafeteria & several restaurants across the road as well as the airport and the convention centre.

The folks working here were especially helpful. The single room was nicely decorated and large with a double bed. The breakfast was savoury and excellent with example-eggs and sweet, for example and the restaurant food was good.

Enjoyed our good stay for business trip. The bedroom was heated and silent. The bathroom was ample and it had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets for our convenience.

We were there for 5 days, everything was good, really enjoyed its great location just off Close to IFEMA congress centre, IFEMA and the airport, and Metro, bus station, or large supermarket. Single room with double bed accommodated us perfectly. The service was good and the pool was great. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met standards.

Had really good stay for business trip. Stayed in double room with double bed which was perfect for me. There were smart TVs, reliable internet, and a balcony. Good location, it was close to a lovely park, Madrid center and the bus stops. Places like Parque Juan Carlos I were a 10-15 minute walking distance from from here too.

The accommodation was quaint with pleasant and incredible staff. Its service was excellent.

The total stay was fine for most travellers. Modern units with bar to take a nightcap and WiFi plus comfortable beds, and the staff were exceptionally nice. The outdoor bar was lovely, truly enjoyed this place.

Had good sleep at the double room. It was heated, included a comfy bed plus smart TVs, reliable Wi-Fi, and a balcony.

We ate at a really nice restaurant with good food. Great and decent location, a tube station was near our hotel. You could walk to a shopping centre and a supermarket.

It is a quaint property located in Hortaleza district adjacent to metro and bus, city centre of Madrid, and both bus stops.

As we remember, there was no bar.

The unit we got was great-sized with 2 large beds, a view of the gardens, for instance. The service was very good throughout our stay.

The location was particularly good and perfect, very close to Madrid and nearby places, both the metro station and airport and metro, free airport shuttle, quiet residential area and easily accessible. Besides, the property was 2 km away from El Capricho Park. The double room I stayed in was excellent quality and reasonably sized where the box functioned. The breakfast here was tasty and particularly good with example-eggs and sweet.

Also, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from Ifema - Feria de Madrid.

The location was unbeatable and the staff was hospitable and respectful during the whole stay! A mall and a little shop were right next door.

Truly enjoyed my perfectly pleasant stay for business trip. It had a good and perfect location not far from into Madrid and Shopping Center. It also was to miss 2 hours of the mad cool festival.

Think that this well-maintained hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. The breakfast is savoury with sweet and example-eggs, for example, there’s an option for each taste. The staff are very professional and responsive, managed the parking in the street. They care about guests, offer very good service and shuttle to the airport

Location very close to airport and metro as well as the Cannilejas metro stop. The staff - attentive and top-class. Heated, brand-new units provided with a cupboard and a childrens ranch bed plus a good sized work desk.

It made my trip to Madrid a really really nice experience. Greatly enjoyed really tasty breakfast options with example-eggs. Everything was excellent, the staff were pleasant.

The double room is silent and decent sized.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was perfect. The staff there were polite and very gracious. Suburban location of this small hotel was a bonus. The restaurant was good and its rich dishes are to die for.

In a secluded location with restaurants and canteens walk from the hotel. Easy to get around, walk from a subway station. Plenty of tasty options for meal.

My stay was PLEASANT for most travellers. The room with 2 beds. The staff were professional and gentle and had a sense of humour. It had remote location close to En el Jardin de mi Casa. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away. Everything was simply excellent.

Room was big plus the breakfast was really good. Send regards to waiter. There's la piemontesa andes within 15 minutes walk or so, enjoyed their menu.

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Taramara that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Comfortable room, no complaints whatsoever.
